𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Position: After School/Summer Camp Director Pay: Competitive starting hourly rate of $16
𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟑 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Oversee and run After School Program (ASP) & Summer Camp (SC), handling all aspects and rotation grids.
2. Recruit and train staff, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with parents and members, promoting program retention.
𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞/𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Wear a clean and professional CTX Martial Arts Polo or tee (CTX Martial Arts T-shirt as backup).
2. Dress smartly in presentable slacks or shorts.
3. Wear comfortable tennis shoes, especially on field trips.
4. Be outgoing, people-friendly, organized, a self-starter, detail-oriented, and a great communicator.
5. Maintain good hygiene and a well-groomed appearance.
 
𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1. Hold current approved first aid and CPR certification. *
2. Experience working with kids; childcare experience is a plus.
3. Prior management experience is a big plus, showcasing leadership skills.
4. Experience in activities like Dance, Cheerleading, Martial Arts, PE games, Arts/crafts, Music, etc., will be an advantage.
5. Minimum 18 years old or a high school graduate or equivalent.
6. Pass a background check, reflecting your commitment to safety.
7. Possess a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record. Occasional drug testing may be required.
8. Attend weekly and quarterly staff trainings, contributing to a continuous learning environment.
9. Fully trained and comfortable with After School Coordinator/Camp Coach responsibilities.
10. Have computer skills, including Microsoft Word, (Basic) Microsoft Excel, and internet navigation.
11. Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram will be valuable.
12. Excellent phone and texting skills for effective communication.
13. Be coachable and embrace our systems for conducting business.
 
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Enroll new members, handle enrollment charts/procedures, and enter memberships in the software system.
2. Efficiently complete the Director’s checklist for smooth operations.
3. Ensure adherence to schedules and communicate with parents regarding injuries or behavioral matters.
4. Be a pillar of support for the coaching staff, offering assistance when needed.
5. Run promotional booths and plan exciting events.
6. Implement disciplinary measures (staff/student) when necessary.
7. Facilitate new hire onboarding and administer student medications when needed.
8. Lead engaging introductions and conduct all ASP/SC tours for sign-ups.
9. Handle pro shop/front desk sales with excellent customer service.
10. Safely transport ASP/SC kids if needed.
11. Fill in for the coaching staff when required.
12. Contribute to facility management and cleanliness.
13. Create and manage staff schedules efficiently.
14. Update social media platforms with regular posting.
15. Onboard new staff members and maintain a cohesive team.
16. Ensure daily schedules are followed diligently.
17. Manage gear orders and accurately track staff working hours.
18. Request a day off? Arrange for a sub to complete your checklists. Remember, no call-ins without a trained sub.

𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬:
  • Uphold preventive SafeKids measures, strictly forbidding physical, mental, and verbal abuses.
  • Prohibit inappropriate touching, prioritizing child safety.
  • During sponsored activities, avoid socializing with participants outside of the company’s program.
  • Ensure no solo rides with children; encourage parent participation.
  • Always have another adult present when providing one-on-one attention to a child.

  • Monday-Friday from 1pm until 6pm
  • Mondays also include a meeting at HQ from 12pm – 1pm
  • Typical Summer Camp Work Schedule: Flexible – We’ll do whatever it takes to ensure a fantastic camp experience! 😊
