- You have consulted with a physician regarding your physical ability to participate

All students agree to:
- Treat instructors and peers with respect
- Follow all dojo rules and safety guidelines
- Maintain appropriate behavior during training
- Not use martial arts skills to harm others outside the dojo
- Maintain personal cleanliness and proper uniform standards
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation. Generally:
- Trial weeks are non-refundable, non-transferable
- Monthly memberships require notice for cancellation
- Refunds are subject to our standard policies
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CTX Martial Arts' services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than court proceedings. By agreeing to these terms, you agree to waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action litigation. Arbitration will be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
